With OJS, receiving updates on your child’s development childcare centre has never been easier. View updates from your child’s educator at the click of a button!

As G8 Education Singapore strives to not only become more environmentally friendly, we are working towards a more seamless process for our parents to receive updates in a paperless fashion.

This app is developed in line with the Smart Nation initiative that enables educators to increase their productivity and foster greater communication between parents and educators. Parents will be able to receive announcements and regular updates about their child’s progress in school on their smartphones.

Attendance Taking
• Centre staff records the drop-off and pick-up process of children as they enter and leave the Centre. Visitors can also register easily on the application when they visit the school.

Temperature Recording
• Children’s temperature will be recorded and monitored on the app.

Parent-Teacher Communication (Announcements)
• Parents receive mass announcements about upcoming centre events and activities, and the notifications are done via email and/or the app.

Parent-Teacher Communication (Class Space)
• Teachers share updates of class and school activities via albums. Memos such as quick reminders to parents within the class can also be posted. Parents get notified via app notifications when there is a new post.
